Feel nothing

it's been a while but if i drank it quickly (which i usually do) i imagine i'd be somewhere past tipsy

Depends on the wine. I've gotten massively drunk off a single glass before, usually from something full bodied like a Bordeaux.

i guess i'd die

Not really a wine drinker, so haven't had that much at once. Looking it up, half a 750ml bottle is about 5 units, which tells me that I'd be comfortable with that amount. When I drink, I aim to have enough to feel good, but to stop before I feel bad. If I have the spins, I've had too much. 8-9 units (so almost a whole bottle of wine) seems to be the sweet spot for me.

A little tipsy.

What type of wine? I don't like red wine so I don't know what effects this one would have over me. With Sparkle rosé one tho.... I'm fresh as a lettuce

After half a bottle of my preferred red wine I'm done.
