How many people do you know, who have long lasting symptoms after their corona infection?

none, though some people swear my symptoms sound like 'long covid', I have yet to see a single positive test in the last couple of years

One of my friends is slowly regaining her sense of smell but it's been almost 2 years after she got the infection. I had COVID back in February and I still occasionally get the COVID brain fog, as does one of my profs who had it

I don’t know any personally but I’ve been told by some of my friends that they have family members who it took quite some time— months— to fully recover sense of taste and smell.

None. Though my family and me have recently had it so its hard to say just yet. I felt weak for 2 weeks though and others have had lots of headaches for about a month, though I believe symptoms over 2 months are what qualifies long covid, at least in the UK.
