You'd think I'd have an opinion on that since I've been on a 2-month trip around Europe, but... I'm really not a food person! I don't really care about local dishes... When I ate out during my trip, it was mostly at McDonald's. I don't really get why people compare cuisines, like its just what people eat? What's so special about that? All food is interchangeable.

Can't beat a good shepherd's pie with some melted cheese on top to crisp up the potato topping.

I'm far from knowing a lot about that, very far, but I really like a good raclette just because you get to spend a fun time with whoever you're eating with, or even by yourself, and that's probably more important than the food itself

Hard to say for sure as I haven't tried everything, but I really like escargot and calamari!
