I pay a nice man to take care of everything.

I have one source of income so it's easy to file myself. I use Free Tax USA, which is free to file my federal taxes but I have to pay like $15 to file my state taxes.

We go to someone because we file a long form.

My husband uses some sort of a free app to do them.

I use the one and only official program by the government. It's easy to use and it even comes pre-filled with whatever your bank snitched about you, meaning most times you won't have to do anything provided you don't earn a lot of money.

Furthermore, I did take a class on how to use the aforementioned program, so it wouldn't make sense to hire someone.
