What's a really bad way to start a sentence?

'So you're saying...' at least when you use it like you understand what is being said and have completely concluded a discussion. Its fine to use if its a question (i.e. 'just so I understand what you're saying, XX?'), but if its a statement - faaaakkkk offff (unless you're actually correct).

"Do you think Jesus..."
I was in a taxi a couple of weeks ago and the driver asked, "Do you think Jesus will come back?" My heart immediately sank and I thought, "Christ, here we go..." And I was right!
