What are some of the ways in which you are actively trying to improve yourself rn? (could be a health/lifestyle thing, a technical skill, how you behave in your relationships, whatever the fr*ck. these are just examples)

I'm learning about cryptography in a more academic way. I've learned some practical stuff about it here and there because of my job but I felt I needed to delve into it a bit more.

It's probably just an excuse, but I feel like my hands are full with just trying not to fully die right now, even though I don't understand wHaT tHe pOiNt iS. I have a moderate case of Sad Girl House though, and I'm trying to get it back in order a little every day. I'm also trying to commit myself to doing one thing I actually enjoy every day instead of just coming home and thinking about all the things I have to do tomorrow that I don't enjoy, until I just fall asleep on the couch. Actually going to bed, like in my bed, is something else I should consider starting to think about doing every day in order to improve myself.

There aren't any. I'm currently trapped in the elevator that goes to Rock Bottom and I don't have the energy to stand up and find a way to send it back up.

I'm just trying to survive right now fam, once I'm not drowning then I'll look into fixing up the boat

How to further develop my on-line technique/teaching style to be able to better serve my students.

It started on 27.04.2020. I eat less and healthier and added a little more exercise to my day. Already lost like 20 pounds. Still a long way to go.

Im tryna start treating my body better by eating cleaner.. also my relationships with pple by trying to be there a bit more and checking in with them.. which has always been kinda hard for me to do bc most of the time i be too into my own head to pay attention to much else tbh. And I don't even mean this in like a conceited way like I only worry about myself or anything
