I’m not great at giving advice but I’d say one thing: you’re going to get through this. It’s neither the first time nor it’ll be the last time you find yourself dealing with crappy situation. I’m 100% sure you’re gonna get through it just fine, so just hang in there. Your friends and I are here if you need a hand.
Ada call friend gak ya..? 😅
Instead of giving advices, I'd like to pay attention to anything they're up to. Their hobbies, interest, obsession, desire, anything. I'd ask several things about is so they'll feel important, that their insight matters, they'll realize about someone who's attentive of them. I'm afraid that my advices will cause a disaster, because I can't read perfectly what kind of advice they prefer to listen.
Life never stays the same, it keeps bringing new phases, stages, events, ups and downs and circumstances, that act as a challenge for our mind and body to adjust and adapt to. What repeats or stays with us for significant time, becomes our comfort zone. Whenever it comes back, it doesn't bother or shock us, we are mentally prepared and ready. It's better to have a troubled comfort zone than a comfortable one. (Tapi jangan terlalu keluar, nanti lupa zona awal)
i will be a friend who listens to the story, i think in situations like that someone doesn't need advice but a place to accommodate stories of their complaints. maybe i'll just give advice when he's done telling me and ask my opinion. if not, i'll just listen to him and give him a warm hug to make him feel better!
