how do you guys cope with sadness?

usually when i'm feeling really sad, i'll cry a whole bunch, treat myself to a tasty and filling meal and then i knock out from the food coma. tt really helps if i'm eating with a friend so i don't feel lonely.

Dari kecil diajarin buat kasih validasi sama semua perasaan, kalau sedih ya dirasain aja, dinikmatin, supaya setelah sedihnya reda kita bisa balik lagi tanpa meninggalkan rasa menyesal.

dengerin banyak lagu sedih sampe muak then i'll take a deep breath and calm done myself, terakhir aku bakal ngasih apresiasi ke diriku sendiri and give my self more happiness so that myself can't being sad again

kurang tau sih, biasanya nyambat sama berusaha berdamai aja. aku ga punya kegiatan spesifik yg bisa ngurangin kesedihan.
