i’d be scared... especially if they do that bcs they’re angry at me. they’re one step away from physically hurting you, imo. if i have the ability to stop them then i’ll stop it but if not then, i’d probably leave them alone until they’ve calmed down. :(

it depends on who they are. if they are someone close to me, i'd like to know what made them do that, and if possible offer them the help that they need. violent tantrum is something i cannot tolerate, but i do believe they need help since it'd not just harm people around them, but also themselves.
