I think any diet that can't be sustained for the rest of your life doesn't do you that much good.

many diets are unhealthy if you think about it, crashing your weight as fast as possible can't be good for you

Who nose? Why can't people just exercise and eat healthy? They're always looking for some magic cure that requires zero effort

I honestly don't know with nutrition matters, I possess no expertise and every 10 minutes there's a new study that says X is great for your cholesterol and Y will shave years off your life, then 10 minutes later we learn Y reduces the risk of heart disease and X is a carcinogen...my thought is just to stay balanced... mix it up - find vegetables, starches, proteins, etc. that you like and eat what you want within reason
