In your opinion, what does having low grades throughout school mean?

A lot of things, but maybe depression or anxiety or a bad environment at home, abusive parents, demostivation etc ✨💌

nothing on its own, but maybe we haven't figured out the best learning technique to reach that student, or maybe there is something going on at home impeding their performance, maybe something socially at school, could mean lots of things really

It can have different readings. Two examples of why it could happen are: Lack of interest for some reason, lack of comprehension

It could mean many things, but amongst those— it could be that you are not “wired” for a traditional classroom setting, perhaps you are having trouble with depression/anxiety/dealing with some sort of trauma/abuse in your life…Perhaps you have medical or underlying physical health issue.. so many factors to consider.

You don't have enough time. Your form of studying doesn't work well with standardized exams.

It could mean a lot of things. Academic performance is correlated with IQ, but low performance could also mean you don't have the time due to other obligations, or it could mean you're really lazy/just not into school, which is totally fair, or you're depressed.. In elementary school I'd get 60 minutes of detention -every- -day- for not doing my homework, in high school my GPA was 2.2 or 2.5 or something, in college I had to take special remedial classes because I got so many Fs.. I've always been depressed, and I find labor, including/especially mental labor, to be really misery-inducing.
