Yes, of course. If anything, if you vote, you have no right to complain. Statism is slavery. The system is rigged and corrupt. The people who control society weren't voted in and can't be voted out. Politicians are puppets. If you vote, you're consenting to the system/statism and helping to enable it. Voting maintains the illusion that the people have power and aren't slaves. Voting pacifies people and keeps them from revolting.

Yes. Especially when gerrymandered districts are a thing and the electoral college allows a candidate who lost by 3 million votes to "win". Voting makes little difference (outside of ballot initiatives) unless you live in a purple swing state, there are also plenty non-citizens who live here and pay taxes but can't vote. So yes they can voice an opposition to shitty policies affecting their life.

Let's say that there's an election for mayor. Candidate A says that he's going to tear down all the homes in the Bullshit Heights subdivision. Candidate B says that he's going to tear down 25% of the homes in the subdivision. If you're one of those 25%, which of those candidates is the 'lesser evil?' That is the problem with lesser evil, that is why people don't turn out, and I believe it to be arrogant and privileged to go to that 25% and tell them that they have no right to complain
