Relationships change. Gradually, slowly, fast, turn around, evolve, put the inside out and vice versa. A friend of mine had a dating relationship simply based upon having enjoyable sex while other relationships failed on the mental level as if a bad witch cursed them. After 3 years they split moved to other places and since then both were unhappy. They reconnected and communicated from afar over the course of almost 2 years. No sex, just words. It made them sad. They decided to move again to get closer. After which they found to have lost each other. Neither the emotional nor the sexual relationship did work after this. Today they are married, live in Malaysia, have a sweet little daughter and plan to get divorced. Fuck it.
