I think the masculine equivalent of "nymphomania" was "satyromania." So I would guess that "satyromaniac" was a term at some point? Maybe it wasn't though, I've never heard it used. I hope neither of those terms are still used? They really shouldn't be when you can just say "compulsive sexuality." Especially since it is true that "nymphomania" was something women were falsely accused of when they were openly sexual at all, and put through horrifying, humiliating, and dehumanizing "treatment" for.
