yesterday I had major anxiety and had no idea why tbh. I wondered if it was the wine the night before, but it was 2 glasses and that doesn’t usually happen. I wondered if it was having too much coffee, but I also have a lot of coffee all of the time. so I’m not sure what it was but I had all the anxiety symptoms

The new research topic I have to delve into.
Also, I just had an hour-long video call with my friend in CA. He mastered out of his Ph.D. program and joined Apple. Now, I'm thinking about my career path here in the US and how I can shape it.
