How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

If i'm well rested and don't rely on an alarm to get up, my body naturally desires about 8 hours although I can do 10 hours but wake up a little groggy (which is a sign that that's prolly oversleeping for me). But on a typical night before work I'll often cut myself a little short so like 6-8 hrs

I usually don't look at the clock after I wake up in the morning, I lay there a bit. I also don't keep track of how long I'm awake after I get up more than once during the night.

It can be anywhere from a few minutes to two or three days. I don't know what the average is, maybe 12-18 hours, just as a wild guess.

Sleep? What is this strange concept?

In all seriousness, it honestly varies. It's never really consistent. Some days I get 8 hours, others I get 5, sometimes I get even less
