Do you send money and presents for your friends kids birthday even when they are over 21?

18 seems to be the cut off age for getting presents from relatives for birthday or Christmas, so my guess is that it wouldn't be done here.

I don't have any friends with kids. Oh, I have one, but only online and I've never met her or her kid. I do send presents to my sisters and my nieces for their birthdays, who are all over 21.

My friends don't have children, but if they did and I had that sort of relationship with them and the parent, of course I would. People don't stop appreciating gifts when they turn 21, so why not?

There is just one kid I try to spoil with some little present though she is not a little girl any more.
