Which food improves your mood?

ooo stuff like bolognese, salmon, steak, bacon! It used to be sweet food - but nahhhh good cheesy protein is where its at

Salt. I need it for my blood pressure which in turn improves my mood. Low blood pressure makes me irritable and anxious.

Anything I cook myself, or somebody cooked and shared with me. Sounds kind of sappy, but it true.

Maybe some good restaurant food also, or literally anything after being hungry for atleast a day.
