how do you deal with heartbreak? or how do you eventually heal from it?

Honestly.. I don't even know how to deal with a very hurt phase like that. As we know that the heartbreak it's not easy to take and all we need it justā€” let it flow and accept all the things that you get. If you want to cry, just cry. If you want to be laugh, just laugh, if you want to be angry. Just angry. And if you want to cry while laugh and angry too, just do it. Do anything makes you feel that it's really helps you to express all the pain. Until you feel tired and ā€œokay,that's enough. I don't want to be sad anymore. ā€

Take a deep breath and I will just sit down and see it from another perspective, the heartbreak makes me strong and learn from the worst experience. Time, I believe time heal everything. It's just you need to accept and face it, so you can move forward to the better future.

i let myself cry as much as i want, regardless of how many days i might spent just to cry, i let that be. i dont believe, "time will heal." everyone may sees different as mine but i personally dont believe in that sentence.

time only makes you forget about the pain, it doesn't heal you in the first place because you're the one that can heal yourself. dealing and healing from heartbreak arent easy things to do, it takes time. let it hurt you until it doesn't, on note to that, don't forget to give more love to yourself.

its actually very difficult to do, a broken heart is a wound that is difficult to overcome. and i don't know the answer :(

I let God and time heal me :] when the time came, I knew I could breathe the good air once again. I always believe in myself or other good things, such as the reason why I'm in this stage and as for me, everything that happens in life isn't a coincidence. So, I consider it my self-image to grow and learn for good! All is well. It's okay to let it all out sometimes or everytime šŸ¤Ž

iā€™m not really sure my healing way is a good way. i moved on by seeing anyone else for me to adoreā€¦

Actually idk..i just accept it eventho it is not the kind of feeling that i wanna feel. And its work. 5 stages of grief and i already pass it.
