Being a friendly company when it comes to the queer people is not feminism it is simply a polite acceptance of their existence and a welcome addition to corporate environments that often have weird habits. Did you know that some employers tended to control your pee times by camera and fire you if they thought you had to pee too often? There also have been companies a generation ago that had no restrooms for women. None. Do we want that mindset back? Nope. ;)
