When was the last time somebody told you they were proud of you?

the girl I'm talking to about 2 nights ago, bc I mustered the strength to have a conversation with my boss that I had been meaning to have for a long time

I saw my brother in November, when we say goodbye he always says "OK, proud of you!"in a mocky tone-of-voice that he also thinks sounds feminine. I really don't remember what he's referencing when he does it tho.

Does self love count? I say I'm proud of me in the little things- I screw up many of times but when I get it right it fills me with hope. (You know what this question inspired me to tell others not only on here but IRL how I'm proud of them) #LOVE :) PS- We may not interact that much but without a doubt your chillness and intelligence is something to behold so "I'm proud of you" because sooner or later odds are many good things will happen thanks to you somehow.

My mother said it to me after I got my drivers licence 2 years ago. But it was nothing special.
