When something feels like it’s not your fault to begin with but people keep claiming them as yours, what will you say?

In situations where we are wrongly accused, it's important to remain calm and objective. Taking a moment to understand the perspective of the accuser can help. Once you have a better understanding of the situation, calmly and assertively state your position and provide supporting evidence. Avoid becoming defensive or hostile as it can make things worse. In my case, seeking support from trusted individuals or mental health professionals can also be helpful.
