How to prevent yourself from getting mad over a thing that doesn’t important for you? You know, sometimes we got involved into things like this.

if it doesn’t important for me and it doesn’t effect me in any kind of way i will easily let it slide and not thinking about it. intinya ya kalo gak penting yaudah, skip. kalo gak ngerugiin yaudah, skip. soalnya kalo dikit-dikit dipikirin malah stress sendiri, emosi sendiri. it's hard sometimes, yes. tapi cuman diri kita sendiri yang bisa kontrol, let’s try to don’t give a fuck.

I'll detach myself from everything and trying to not to think about it too much.

Things happen for a reason, I think. Sometimes, it can be frustrating. I can't deny that fact (after all, we are all humans). But I learn about the art of holding on to ourselves by putting it aside and letting everything outside of myself go as it is for some time. And at the same time, keep doing what's already good on our plate. It sounds like isolating ourselves, but yeah. I am personally still learning as well, so the possibility of getting it wrong is always there.

I don’t know, I just… don’t care about it? But if that bothers you so much, you can try to keep ‘the irrelevance’ of those things in your mind to make yourself less-bothered by it.

This is hard, since I am too a emotionally driven person. Tapi sekarang daripada langsung kebawa emosi aku mikir-mikir dulu dalam menanggapi hal yang menurutku ga penting2 amat to he mad over. Paling gampang sih detached myself from the root/sumber masalahnya dulu, soalnya kalau ngga detaching makin kesel dan malah ngelakuin hal yg ga kita pengenin sih.
