Is wearing shoes in the house more common outside the USA?

I'm not wearing any shoes 'cause I'm a slut. My shoes are worn out. I've been using them for almost two years. I meant to buy a new pair but 'rono put a hold on that plan.

Crocs sandals ... not the super ugly ones (although I own those, too)

Thick white sole, black mesh top, slip on Skechers (not trainers though!).

n/a I'm barefoot, I only wear shoes when I go out, but my shoes are black crocs. Sometime soon I'm going to paint them with the world's blackest paint.
