What is your favorite smell?

I dunno for sure, but I do think earthy smells like patchouli, sandalwood, frankincense, and just actual fresh soil are underrated

Also, rose scent on wood is really nice. The best thing Catholicism ever did for me was produce rose scented rosary beads. My grandma had a rose scented rosary, and I loved sniffin it when I was a kid.

I'm anosmic. Pretty much the only things I can smell is burning and mint, and I don't care for either.

French Vanilla perfume is my only favorite smell that I can identify. There's another smell that's kind of similar to it but better. Something about it strangely makes me instantly high. I've only smelled it 2 or 3 times. I have no idea what it is. And one time I was out walking around my neighborhood and I smelled something I thought of as dirt-associated, no idea what it was, couldn't find the source, I imagined it was something somebody put in the dirt for their plants, and it was one of the 2 or 3 best smells I've ever smelled.

anything old and out of wood, this kind of smell that's nostalgic, can be old buildings, old paper, old furniture.
