Probably because a moderator did not want to take any risks, or because they got a lot of reports and didn't look much more into it? I hadn't even heard of that account because I avoid the public timeline.

I don't understand why an account who actually asks questions can get banned but the people on here that just spam random nonsense are not banned makes absolutely no sense.

They were annoying as duck, parody or not. Also I don't think spamming is allowed in these parts.
