What do you personally do when you are sad?

Mainly doing chores, cooking, or watching a reality/variety show and it will be better eventually. Healed by itself— that term could be valid in this case.

Lately, I’ve been listening to “Taylor Swift But You’re Sad” playlist on Spotify whenever I want to feel something sad 😅.

aku kayak orgil sih biasanya, ngetweet nangis, ngetweet tantrum let out the sadness and anger pokokna mah, terus nangis tbtb semenit lagi jetawa grgr vjdeo tt lucu gitu aja abang repeat terus kalau emang memungkinkan untuk main sama temen, i choose to hangout deh abang atleast aku cekikikan and make everyone laugh hehehe coping mechanism

NANGIS. Pokoknya nangis dulu deh 😭😭😭 terus biasanya nonton biar lupa tapi diselingin NANGIS. Abis nangis biasanya lega soalnya!
