What things you do when you are sad?
there are two ways that i usually do. sometimes i'll try to distract myself by doing things that i like, such as watching movies, eating spicy food, or eating sweet foods. but also sometimes i'll try to dramatize my sadness by thinking back on it and crying. i needed to feel whatever emotion there was in that moment and it turned out that it wasn't that bad either. i feel like i'm one step closer to knowing myself.
My coping mechanism is watching Danielle fancam infinitely.
usually i listen to sad songs and i cry sometimes to let go of the feeling. i often poof so i can feel myself more during my time alone. and when i feel better, i talk to a friend of what bothered me usually

try to distract myself by reading a book, watching random videos on youtube or any platforms, lying on my bed while listening to songs that makes me forget about all of my problems or the source of that sadness 🎧
