What's the closest thing to real magic?
Chemistry, maybe... broad topic, I know. It means IDK shit.
Other than that, filming in general seems rather 'magical' to me. Taking photos, and recording.. it looks exactly like it did when it happened.
Wait, I thought of a good one. Mind reading technology. It may rock this world pretty hard someday, in a scary way.

Real magic is the closest thing to real magic. It's not impossible, it's just rare in this world. Then there are all kinds of things that are normal in this world that are close to magic or are actually magical but don't overtly violate the principles of physics so they're easy to mundanify.
