Oh my, there are possible so many, among which it is hard to chose the worst. Probably being smelly is among the top 3?
You know (treating the service staff like shit, then being on their phone a lot and talking loud), but to shake things up I'll add expecting to have their dinner paid for them. If its made clear thats the plan before hand - cool but I know for several of my friends they've had tinder dates order crazy and not even bring a wallet. Being expectant is gross in my opinion.
For me it’s men who interrupt me after asking me a question or undermine me for whatever reason. For women, I don’t like when they act entitled or assume

interrupted... she is a chatterbox, but if you don't hear someone out its not a conversation :o
I agree. If someone uses their phone while I’m talking I just stop and stare until their done. Sorry my answer to your question is not as interesting as your 📱
I'm not fortunate to go on many dinner dates - but honestly I'd do the same, and if they didn't pick up on the hint I'd likely end the date early.
I’ve walked out on many men. I just stand up, leave a $20 and leave. I’m not trying to waste your time so don’t waste mine.
