Lime
Lime mostly with the exception of cakes and salads.
Lemon drizzle cake is one of the best things on this planet. I’ll squeeze the living daylights out of a lemon on fish, and salads. Just don’t put it in my Coke!
Alice is pretty dead on, depends on the cuisine but the cuisines I prefer tend to work better with lime
Lemon is better on seafood, salads, chicken. Lime is better on Thai food and Mexican.
Lemon more often but lime from time to time.
