What’s a current or past fashion trend that you find absolutely ridiculous, and why?
I always thought the jeans pulled halfway down your arse thing looked ridiculous. Apart from having to continually haul them up (who could be bothered doing that ninety times a day?), they make your legs look comically short - especially if they’re the skintight jeans - and you end up walking funny as a result. Having your crotch down at your knees isn’t a good look.
Flared pants. High waist trousers. Bullet bras. Even in case your body is close to perfection or model-ish, those items reshape you into an ugly caricature of a human which is pretty much the exact opposite of the claimed purpose.
Bell bottom pants, just why! :)
They way girls do their eyebrows nowadays is horrible. It makes them look like mannequins, inhuman.
I also couldn't believe man-buns when they came out. It seemed so ridiculous, I couldn't believe people fell for it.
I think septum piercings are an easy way to make a hot person look ugly af.
I also can't understand how anyone could possibly like ear gauges.
I never cared one bit about fashion.
Does facial hair count? I'm not a fan of men growing out their beards all unruly-like just to prove that they can. It almost never looks good. What truly never looks good is men with pedo staches and long hair. Like hello?? Did you come from the '70s because there weren't enough kiddies for you in your time???
