What did you do in your last workout?

Exercise bike, then two arm exercises alternately, one pulling them together, one pushing them outward.

Pick up bag. Cut open bag. Repeat 5 times. Add 70 lbs of egg, 70 lbs of water and 75 lbs of vegetable oil. Repeat whole routine for another 10 hours until done 😪
