Have you used chatgpt for something useful yet? What did you do with it? Me: Letting it write matlab code to evaluate measurement data

I asked it to diagnose me by providing some symptoms and it claimed it wasn’t a doctor

Nah, I don't really care about it, it's not solving the issues I want addressed, and the second it does, they will toss it in a bin and tell you AI is a subversive Chinese takeover plot

I used it for a few useful things, I think. The only one I can remember is I asked it what a better term for "lingosphere" is. It correctly inferred my meaning and suggested a few related academic terms and explained what they mean. (Lingosphere isn't an actual word, I made it up.)

Have not yet used it since ChatGPT did write dumb lies about itself. What sort of AI is that? Another non-fact checking moron? The world hasn't really waited for more of that shit.

I've been trying to use it's evil twin DAN but I don't think I'm using the right prompt for it to work properly

Yes, for the first time yesterday. I used it to write an analysis of the movie "Moneyball", for an assignment. Though I'm only using it as a reference, not as the assignment text itself.
