when im tired, usually 1 am to 7 lately + some naps

Midnight most of the time. Fucks me up but I work 12 hours and still want time to do me things.

Usually between 9-10 PM.

usually around midnight to 1 am, alarm set at 9. in practice it's a lot more fluid
