do you try to keep a consistent bed time/wake time? what’s typical for you

I work 7 on 7 off nights, so I've gotten my regimen down pretty solid. When I'm working, I get home around 8 am, sleep at 10-11 am, wake up at 6:30 pm to get ready for work. When I'm not working it's not as consistent but I tend to wake up 6-7 am and sleep at grandpa hours. The 2-3 days before I start working again I'll have caffeine in the afternoon/evening to shift my sleep forward to prepare for my work week again.

I think my ideal is midnight to 9am. As you can imagine, thats not something I can regularly achieve, especially in the working week.

It is typical for me to have no bedtime schedule. So no real consistency. My bio rhythm gets me sleepy usually late and I am wasted early in the morning. I'm up for talk 8 o'clock the earliest. Please let me sleep until 9 a.m.

I'm up until I pass out, I just set alarms for whenever I have to be up, there isn't much typical about it

For work days I sleep at 7:30 and get up at 5am I wake up around twice during the night for a pee sometimes I'll wake up at 3 times on a weekend Friday and Saturday I try to stay up later but I usually fall asleep on my boyfriend lol 😂

When it comes to work days it's pretty consistent. I sleep at midnight and wake up at 9. For days I don't work though, sleep is some hours after midnight and waking time is some hours after 9.
