I will take more time to gather my energy before i start to socialize. I couldn't do anything if my energy is really low, sometimes i took social media break too for a few days. This helped a lot during those soulless time!

i usually dont try to socialize when my energy is low, and just hang out alone in a quiet place (usually my room). Even if i have to, sometimes it becomes less clear HAHAHHA

i choose to not socialize t___t i choose to recharge my energy by doing anything that makes me happy n makes my energy getting fulled again... usually, i stay alone at my room. then if my energy’s getting fulled, i’ll socialize as usual!

As a person who quickly loses energy for socializing, I usually choose not to socialize with anyone first. I will enjoy myself, like doing the things I like. That's really helpful, for me. After that, I have enough energy to start socializing again.
