How do I take a good selfie?

They say you should keep the camera over your eyes and feel as comfortable and natural as you can in your pose. 🤷‍♀️

I know that feel, not taking a selfie by letting another person shoot works for me.

If you're a girl and you're ugly, the universal trick seems to be to take the photo at a steep angle pointing down at your face.

The thing I can't stress enough is do not be ugly, everything else will take care of itself

1 Do make sure what's going on around you😅https://youtu.be/K6zYMivxmTQ - Sometimes, things happen in the background or you may accidentally get hurt. Keep in mind on Instagram : influencersinthewild has so.... many post of people disregarding reality for the perfect selfies. 2 Enjoy the moment and experiment. They're all good selfies when you're in the mood. It's about perspective and objective. If your photograph sends out the message/idea you wanted then indeed it's a good selfie.

It’s all about the lighting - you don’t want any shadows. (Think of all the lights professional photographers use.) It needs to be bright but not harsh. Face towards a window, but keep out of direct sunlight. Lift the phone a wee bit higher than your face so you’re looking up slightly - double chins aren’t a good look.

I believe one has to take many, many selfies and one of them thousands will look good.

Camera, tripod, remote shutter release ( wireless preferrably ) , good light conditions AND control of your face, when you want to have your face appearing in it .. ;)
