If they are international, yeah. My sister was going to go to Cuba and cancelled as well. It's just not worth the risk imo, despite how temptingly cheap flights are now.

I suspect my travel plans will cancel themselves, conventions are after all a very diverse social gathering and it makes sense.
Lots of people from all over the contient in a close, non-vented space is an elevated risk.

However I'll still go if it's not shut down by the government or organizers, just with more gear and triple the caution.
