If they can express their thoughts effectively and interestingly, for those are things that I wish I was excelled at.

I feel I can be easily impressed at times. I’m impressed when someone is able to give a clear picture of who they are, I am impressed when people are very self assured and confident, by people who know what they want and have plans to get that. I’m impressed by people with talent and passion.

Their logic, intelligence, kindness.

Intelligence and/or interesting things that they've done (like travel, funny stories, artistic accomplishments, etc.).

Someone who is thoughtful, insightful, funny, intelligent yet humble, well-mannered and kind.

Brains, a talent for words, a talent for the good.

Their pussy.

The way they treat others - especially people further down the pay scale. How well they actually listen, and don’t just drone on about themselves. Their openness. How comfortable they are within their own mind and body. Their ability to laugh at things - particularly at themselves - and not take life too seriously.

I'm into passion, I really like it when you can bring up a topic and the person just lights up and you can feel the passion and care seeping out of them when they are speaking on the subject

Their smile
