the neighbor's dog is going to be OK, he's been howling and whining forever and I finally lost it and went outside, normally I can tune things out but JFC it was so obnoxious I went and banged on my neighbor's door at 6 in the morning to make them do something - I guess they put him outside and he wanted back in and they were ignoring him, that shit was clawing at my nerves, making me feel a certain kind of way about dogs in general...I know it's really the people's fault though
