What are you favorite seafood dishes if any?

Shrimp dishes are my favorite. Scallops are good. Salmon is nice, in a white wine sauce 🥲🥰

I don't like a lot of seafood so my seafood scope is limited but I had very delicious caramelized and braised fish (ca kho) today in Vietnam, it was legit

Scallops
Actually, even better is Hickory Maple Salmon on a Cedar Plank by Cedar Bay: https://www.instacart.com/landing?product_id=3334715
Shannon reminds me that I also like Seabreeze Salad, which is flavored seaweed. I also often get Publix Calamari Salad. And sometimes I eat salted seaweed wafers from the Asian store. I have some in my room right now.

You cannot be marinated and BBQ'd Swordfish or Salmon.... I could live off that!

Smoked salmon and lemon with buttered brown/black bread. Hot smoked salmon in any kind of salad. Grilled salmon with hollandaise sauce, buttered new potatoes, grilled asparagus/brocolli. Smoked haddock any way you like - particularly in fish cakes. Sea bass any way you like - there's always a special place in my heart for sea bass al forno.

I don't really play favorites, I Like lots of them, just plain old fish and chips is fine with cod or haddock, I also like sushi and calamari

Pan fried scallops with chilli in butter, smoked salmon with lemon juice on buttered bread, grilled swordfish with coriander, peppermint and Thai basil and lime tree leafs on rice.
