How do you bring joy back into your life? Lately, I’ve just been tired and feeling lifeless...Like I’m on a hamster wheel. :(

IDK maybe go for a hike with friends/family/pets every now and then. Start playing a sport like volleyball, football, badminton etc. Start learning a musical instrument.

Take up a new hobby, go exploring, or date someone new. My mom took a jewelry making class at a local college. Now she spends a lot of time making and selling trinkets on the internet.

Joy is a state of high energy consumption. It cannot be maintained therefore for long. You have to reload and relax and regenerate. So I guess your state of tiredness indicates a lack of energy and that causes a lack of joy. In order to be free enough to enjoy things and reload the batteries the depressing routines must stop. They also cost loads of energy. A boring schedule, repetitive responsibilities and uninspired tasks only cost energy, they do nothing to back you up. So I tend to break the wheel of schedule and running the same rails by hopping away from rails and the command of the clock.

Introduce a new change. Could be as small as buying some new clothes, socks, shoes, new technology (retail therapy). Try cooking a new food. Rearrange your furniture. Hang up some new art. Put a new plant in your garden. Try a new brand of almond milk. Try a new restaurant. Go to a local event, maybe there's smth cool happening at a museum or a night market near you. I should prolly take my own damn advice tbh
