Is drinking one beer every day too much alcohol?

I once heard that 3 beer a day are still okay but I decided to consume no alcohol at all anymou.

Depends if you're an alcoholic or not, generally speaking an adult can have one beer without any problem.

I can't think of any witty answer so I'm just stating the fact.

If you can, it's best to not drink at all. Once it becomes a habit, it's a slippery slope. You might have a bad day and decide you deserve two beers. Then the next day you might think, "It didn't do me any harm having two beers yesterday, I think I'll have two again today. I'll go back to one tomorrow." You might go back to one again the next day, or you might not. The problem is you've loosened your grip on your self-control and it's more likely to happen again in the future. Soon, two beers might become the new norm. Three. Four. Your tolerence and dependence increases and you need more and more to get the same effect.

depends on the stuff yeets said, and also how quickly you drink it, when you drink it, why you drink it. like, if down beer in 2 min just to feel buzzed and get out of bed, that's not healthy. but if you have one beer with dinner at the end of your work days and drink it at a slower pace then I wouldn't be worried
