What food would you miss the most if you had to be vegan?

I don't exactly know what it is called in English. Cutlet? meatloaf? IDK. The recipe is to mix ground beef with grated onion and potato and add a bit of different spices to the combination. Then fry oval shaped pieces of the homogeneous blend. Serve it with rice and say yum yum! I did this whole process a couple of hours ago [for the first time] and the result was not bad. I'm improving my non-existent cooking skills week by week!

Milk and anything dairy. I tested vegan "milk" recently, from soy to almond milk to oat milk. You cannot do one of these into coffee without ruining the coffee.

Pho, pork-based ramen, bun bo hue... most Asian dishes that I love that most tbh

1 - A nice juicy bone in rib eye, black and blue 🤤

2 - cheese ... creamy feta

First thought: I wouldn't really miss anything, if I have any kind of good food periodically then all the other possible good food doesn't matter. Second thought: Burger King cheeseburgers.

My first thought was cheese, but I think it would actually be eggs. I eat some type of eggy breakfast at the weekend, and the thought of never having bread dipped/slathered in egg yolk ever again is quite distressing.
