What's so bad about being a retrospring user?

We are clinging to the idea of formspring, a thriving and entertaining place that will never return. And even if, the experience will never live up to our expectations. We are the old alcoholics, standing in a dirty shack, drinking cheap wine, reminiscing about the how much fun our favourite bar has been before it burned down.

there are some dumb motherf*ckers on here who i don't believe deserve any sort of platform no matter how obscure

The lack of activity makes it hard sometimes...people don't ask much. Basically the same people ask questions and it makes you get tired overtime if you are one of those people...

Bad is a strong word. But I imagine its very hard to be a new user here - it might be worth (assuming we can get mods) having new users receive a bunch of moderated questions direct to their inbox in order to encourage activity from them. It would also be nice if something could be offered to encourage people to ask more questions (nothing major, but maybe badges that get put on your page?).

People don't answer enough questions or ask. it's not that vivid or lively. it's like a cemetery or a morgue. if you answer much you don't ask, if you ask much you don't answer. Seems like people are decapitated or mutilated in a sense. Now my final thought is that people here are like a brand, they won't say something about anything else.

Nothing really, you are part of an elite small crew of astonishingly diverse people in one of the tiniest corners of the interwebs!
