Why do you work out/not work out?

I don't have a real reason, I go to the gym once a week. I do it because it's there.

I cycle for my heart health, since my LDL level was elevated at last check up. My dad has DM2, and my mom has hyperlipidemia... all things that can be prevented or managed way better with regular exercise. Also don't mind having strong legs

I don’t because I’m waiting for all of the people who have said they would start going to the gym this year to give up.

It’s too cold for other stuff.

I walk over 20,000 steps at work a day. So when I get home from work 1, I don't have time as i have other things to do. 2, I'm absolutely knackered from being outside and walking around on my feet all day, 3, I just want to go to bed.

I used to work out my arms a little when we were going to the gym, just because I was already there and there's only so much time I want to spend on the treadmill, and probably more so just so I could gain a little muscle to look good and also be a little stronger in case I ever get into a fight.

The reason I'd go on the treadmill is for the cardio so I don't end up having a heart attack and disappointing my mom, or having to get heart surgery or something.

We're not going to the gym anymore, though, and I haven't asked to go back or done anything at home because I'm lazy and hate labor.
