What's your home workout routine?

Lately I've been not doing much workout but in the first months of the pandemic, I used to exercise twice a day. Each time for about twenty minutes. I need to snap out of this lethargy and start working out again.

I used to do a lot of HIITS stuff but now I just go out hiking and walking. For example today I did 10.9km.

Its pretty random rn. But mainly consists of weights and some core exercises

usually 20 minutes cardio (either elliptical or skipping rope), 20 weights, 20 punching the heavy bag
