Whilst I live close to where a few famous people were born or grew up (one is meme'd on fedi a lot), I don't think I've ever known anyone famous on a personal level.

I did go to school with someone who does professional gymnastics and dance and has been in a few famous things tho, although I didn't really know her too well.
