Have you ever suddenly feeling blue when nothing actually happened? How do you deal with that?
If I still have the energy, I would actually working on my feelings by writing it down on my journal. Tracking all of the things that I did at the time that probably will effect me that I didn't notice. And after all that, I'm doing some research about how to deal with those feelings and accept it. Accept that it is fine to feel that way sometime, as long as I will to work on it and not just give up and be sad all the time, it is okay to feel that way. That is just what I always tell myself every other day.
I think it's very unlikely, but it's not impossible. A lot of people would think love at first sight is merely an attraction or lust. But I believe love can work different ways and I don't think there's a limit on how much you can connect with someone when you first see them. Yes, love can not be rushed and have to build over time and need to develops from attraction and commitment among other things, but that doesn't mean the feelings beforehand isn't love? or idk aku bukan dokter cinta
